Book a call
Let’s talk about what’s getting in the way.
A twenty-minute conversation with me, Chris Deavin. We’ll discuss where you are now, what you want to change, what is getting in the way and whether personalised coaching is a good fit. Calm, practical and no pressure to commit.
Twenty minutes, online, free. The assessment is optional, but it makes the conversation sharper.

What we’ll cover
Twenty focused minutes
Short, but enough to be genuinely useful. The aim is that you leave with a clearer idea of your constraint and your next step, whether or not we work together.
Where you are now
Your current health, training, nutrition and workload, and what you want to be different in twelve months.
Your assessment results
If you have completed the Health & Capability Assessment, we review what it shows about your strengths, priorities and consistency.
The real barriers
Travel, long days, energy, sleep, restarting, we identify what specifically breaks your consistency rather than guessing.
Initial recommendations
Practical direction you can act on straight away, focused on the one or two things that matter most for you right now.
Whether coaching fits
An honest view on whether Chris and Get Back To Health are a good fit, how the programme would work for you and the investment required.
Where are you starting from?
Both routes are welcome
I’ve completed the assessment
Ideal. I can use your Health & Capability Assessment results to focus immediately on your priorities, so we spend the twenty minutes on useful decisions rather than background.
- We start from your strengths and priority areas
- Recommendations are targeted at your actual constraint
- Less time on questions, more on your next step
I haven’t completed it
That is fine, you can still book, and plenty of people do. If you have around five minutes beforehand, the Health & Capability Assessment is useful preparation because it gives us both a clearer picture before we speak.
- Free, around five minutes, twenty-four questions
- You get your CapabilitySpan result and priorities immediately
- Not required — book first if you would rather talk
Expectations
What this call is — and what it isn’t
It is…
- A focused, useful conversation with me directly
- A chance to get initial personal recommendations
- An honest assessment of whether coaching suits you
- Twenty minutes, with no obligation either way
It isn’t…
- A medical consultation or a diagnosis
- A full personalised meal and exercise programme
- A high-pressure sales call
- A commitment to coaching of any kind

A programme built around you
Your 12-week Get Back To Health programme
Get Back To Health is not an off-the-shelf fitness programme. Your exercise, nutrition, daily actions and coaching strategy are built around your health, current capabilities, lifestyle and goals.
Personalised coaching
Exercise, nutrition, habits and daily actions designed around your real life, with regular review and adjustment as you progress.
Support and accountability
Daily accountability, W.I.S.D.O.M. coaching and strategy calls to help you follow through when work, energy and life get in the way.
If the programme looks like a good fit, we’ll discuss how it would work for you and the investment required before you make any decision.
Questions
Before you book
Do I need to complete the Health & Capability Assessment first?
No. You can book a Discovery Call directly. Completing the free assessment first gives us a useful picture of your Strength, Cardiovascular Fitness, Nutrition, Recovery and consistency, but it is entirely optional.
Is this a sales call?
It is a short, practical conversation about your results, goals and challenges. We will discuss whether Chris and Get Back To Health are a good fit, how the programme would work for you and the investment required. There is no obligation to decide on the call.
What should I prepare?
Nothing formal. It helps to know what you want to change, what you have already tried, and what your typical working week actually looks like. Your assessment results, if you have them, are enough.
What if I am not sure whether coaching is right for me?
That is a good reason to book. We will look honestly at what you want to achieve, what has made progress difficult and whether personalised coaching is the right support for you now.
Is this medical advice?
No. This is health performance coaching, not medical consultation or diagnosis. If anything you raise needs medical input, I will say so and recommend you speak to your GP or clinician.
How long is the call and how does it happen?
Twenty minutes, online. Choose a time that suits you and you will receive the meeting details by email.
Next step
Twenty minutes, and a clearer plan
Book directly if you are ready to talk, or take the free Health & Capability Assessment first so we can begin with your results. Either route is welcome.
